The TX40 series features compact, high-precision electric cylinders designed for automation tasks that demand controlled force, smooth motion, and reliable performance. Each model offers a different stroke length, making them adaptable to a wide range of applications. Below is a breakdown of each variant:
Cylinder TX40-70:
Provides a push stroke of 70 mm, with a rail length of 290 mm and a total length of 320 mm. Weight is 1.5 kg. It features a 75 mm lead screw pitch, pull speed of 0–375 mm/s, and rotation
speed of 0–2 rpm.
Cylinder TX40-120:
Offers a 120 mm stroke, 340 mm rail length, and 370 mm total length. It weighs 2 kg, with the same 75 mm pitch, 0–375 mm/s pull speed, and 0–2 rpm rotation.
Cylinder TX40-170:
Delivers a 170 mm stroke, 390 mm rail length, and total length of 420 mm. Weighs 2.5 kg. Same pitch and motion specs as above.
Cylinder TX40-220:
Comes with a 220 mm stroke, 440 mm rail, and a total length of 470 mm. Weight is 3 kg, maintaining a 75 mm pitch and consistent speed specs.
Cylinder TX40-270:
Features a 270 mm push stroke, 490 mm rail, and 520 mm overall length. Weighs 3.5 kg. Same mechanical specs apply.
Cylinder TX40-320:
The largest model, with a 320 mm stroke, 540 mm rail, and total length of 570 mm. It weighs 4 kg. Speed and pitch specs remain unchanged.
